Registered Customers
Becoming a registered
customer of Clark’s Register has the advantage of allowing you to track
your orders online. It also offers you the convenience to login and have
your billing address filled in for you. It's completely safe, secure and
convenient.

Tracking an Order
If you placed the order on the web and you have your password you may
login here to access updated information regarding the status of your
order. If you don’t have a password or if you placed your order by phone
you may call 877.243.9060. Please remember that it will take 24
hours from the time you placed your order for the status update to be
available.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with the UPS
tracking number for your shipment and a link to track it at
www.ups.com

Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online by telephone
and mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is
shipped. We also accept checks for your mail in orders.

Sales Tax
N.Y. residents please add 4.375% sales tax.

Shipping / Handling Charges
We ship via UPS. If for some reason you need your order shipped via
a different carrier, please contact Customer Service. Shipment via a
carrier other than UPS will be assessed a special handling charge.

Standard Delivery
Following credit card authorization and verification of information,
you will receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 days. Please
note: AK, HI, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories must use Express Delivery
UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day shipping only.

Express Delivery
If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight or
2nd day at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery, orders
must be received by 12 noon ET, and credit card authorization and
verification must be obtained. Please add $25.00
to the shipping and handling charge. For UPS 2nd Day,
please add $20.00. All overnight deliveries
are handled by UPS.

Estimating delivery dates
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered,
please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received
prior to processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 12 noon ET for
next day delivery.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped together.
This will be clearly noted on your packing slip.
Please note we do
not refund shipping and handling charges.

International Shipments
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States, it's
Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a
damaged or defective item, or if we misshipped your order please
email us at
customerservice@clarksregister.com or call us at 877-243-9011
for return authorization. We will arrange for UPS pickup at our
expense. For all other returns please return items in their original
packaging within 14 days of receipt to:

For returns:
Please include a copy of the packing
slip or invoice for proper credit. We recommend returns be sent via UPS
or the USPS with a Delivery Confirmation. We will issue credit for the
price of the merchandise and applicable sales tax. Sorry, we cannot take
back worn or laundered items. Underwear is not returnable. Please allow
1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account
to be credited.

For exchanges:
Enclose a copy of the packing slip
along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address above
via insured mail. Please state on the packing slip what you would like
to exchange. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge
your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for
returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Price adjustments:
A one-time price adjustment
will be issued within 14 days after the date of the orignal
purchase.

Order Change/Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with
Clark's Register, please call 877-243-9011 or contact us at
customerservice@clarksregister.com as soon as possible. We will do
everything that we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind
that our system is designed to fill orders as quickly as possible. As a
result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the
shipping process.
